Anna has been advising senior leaders in Australia, Japan, China, India, the UK and the US for over fifteen years, sustained by her passion for learning and helping others to learn and grow.

As a member of the executive coaching panels and leadership faculties for top tier global corporates, investment banks and law firms, Anna coaches senior leaders, partners and CEOs and designs and facilitates leadership programs. Executives she works with typically show increased leadership effectiveness between pre- and post-coaching 360-feedback assessments. Anna also supervises coaches (internal and external) individually and through group facilitation. As part of her organisational development work, Anna led an employee engagement program for Europe’s largest council which won several UK awards for its sustained impact in engaging over 35,000 employees. She was a partner for several years at a London-based leadership and organisational development consultancy following a background in corporate strategy. Prior to consulting, Anna began her career in Australia as a diplomat (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) and served for four years at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo.

Anna has an MBA from INSEAD and an arts honours degree from Melbourne University. She is an accredited Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor and has several psychometric qualifications.
